We can, for example, compile suggestions for needed modifications or develop method materials to support and lead change in your organisation. We have experience in designing and implementing handbooks, checklists, articles, training videos and digital games, among other things.

We promise to find functional solutions that suit your situation: we have 20 years of experience and expertise in DEI and have worked extensively with different kinds of organisations. We will support you in your current challenges and find ways to create a more inclusive organisational culture.

Trainings and Workshops

Do you want to update your knowledge about DEI – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? Are you wondering what safer space means? Do the managers at your organisation need support in leading diverse teams? Have there been inappropriate conversations in the break room?

The training and workshops we organise are tailored specifically to your needs. Our educational expertise is wide, and we train various target groups, such as management teams, supervisors, work groups and volunteers, in our work. Product and service development

Would you like to implement inclusive communication practices, but are not sure how to do it? Do you need support in creating a more equal customer experience?

We help you critically examine your products or services from a diversity perspective. For example, we can evaluate the accessibility of products or services while taking into account the needs of your target group, analyse your external communications, and consider together with you how your products and services could be developed so that they better take into account a diverse customer base.

Support for the development of Equity and Diversity plans

Is your Equity and Diversity plan out of date? Do you need help with creating a DEI strategy?

We help you to ensure that your action plans are concrete, anchored in your everyday work and serve as effective tools in promoting gender equality and equity.

Analyses, reports and surveys

We help you to understand what kind of equity and diversity work would benefit your company or organisation. We support your organisation in mapping and developing inclusion and equality work by utilising different kinds of analyses and surveys.

We will investigate how inclusion and equity work are already visible in your daily work, what issues should be taken into account in your work community, and what kind of concrete measures you would need to improve.

We conduct surveys and interviews with both management and employees, examine salary distribution, and offer consulting on designing your surveys and inquiries. We can also suggest follow-up measures that are tailored to your situation.

Do you need a host, moderator or speaker who challenges participants to reflect on the themes being discussed in depth?

We have served as keynote speakers, moderators of panel discussions, as well as hosts in Finnish, Swedish and English. As moderators and speakers, we highlight current challenges and opportunities related to the topic under discussion.

"Malin Gustavsson from Ekvalita acted as the chair of the discussion at the event "How do we combat racism in working life?", jointly organised by the University of Helsinki Faculty of Social Sciences, the Ami Foundation, and The Finnish Association of Work Life Research (FAWORE) on March 4, 2025.
